Cosy elegant but little room under the roof for single occupancy. A chest of drawers from the previous owners has been carefully restored and sets a wonderful counterpoint t to the modern furniture. This room can easily accommodate your nanny, home help or own chef.

Nice single room which enjoys a view on the park, pool and the glinting Lago Maggiore. A washstand belonging to an original “trousseau” was carefully assembled to the modern gear. The little writing desk allows you to do some homework or writing postcards to your loved ones.

Squashed under the sloping roof of the villa, this bathroom makes best use of the sparse space. A washing table, shower, bidet and water closet from Villeroy & Boch nevertheless offer all amenities required.
