Villa Orsi can be rented for one or more weeks. The minimum rental period is 7 nights, starting from Saturday. The villa is ready for occupancy from 14h00, check-out is 10h00 at the latest. Reservations are welcome.

Prices 2024

Rent of EUR 8’000 per week from June 8 until September 28, 2024 and EUR 6’500 per week for the rest of 2024. For Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays special conditions apply.

For energy, water, bi-weekly cleaning and gardening, bed line and towels, laundry, garbage disposal, pool service, WIFI, property insurance, consumables, marketing, client management, and repair and maintenance a cost contribution of EUR 4’000 per week will be charged. Special services reuested by clients will be charged separately. Rent and cost contribution will be embedded in a rental contract and the Terms & Conditions respectively and are payable as follows:

30% of the rent – 3 days after signing the contract
70% of the rent – 8 weeks before the beginning of the rental period

Cost contribution – 8 weeks before the beginning of the rental period

A deposit of EUR 2’000 is due with the final rental payment.

Rental prices remain unchanged. Rent of EUR 8’000 per week from June 7 until September 27, 2025 and EUR 6’500 per week for the rest of 2025. For Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays special conditions apply.

The Terms & Conditions dated January 2024 are an integral part of the rental contract. Local tourist taxes of EUR 2 per person and night are charged separately.

In case of cancellation the following costs apply:

• Up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period all downpayments made.
• From 8 weeks before the beginning of the rental period 100% of all payments made.
• If the villa can still be rented for the entire rental period, the cancellation costs are limited to EUR 2’000 per week.
• In case of cancellation the deposit will be fully refunded.
• If you postpone the booking to another available date, all monies paid will be credited to such new booking.
